About candidate:

​

• A General Manager experienced with high traffic and trade volume within busy period pub environment.

• With gravitas and comfortable speaking to people from all walks of life.

• Thinker, innovative and confident with can-do pro-active approach to business.

• Knowledge on delivering current on-trend F&B product with high-quality customer delivery.

• Proven track record of private hire and reservations.

• Record in controlling and managing budgets, operations, H&S and overall compliance.

• Proactive in finding new business opportunities, networking, confident with marketing and social media.

• A working knowledge of managing Head Chefs and their kitchens in a fresh food operation.

• Enjoys leading from the front and developing their teams.

• Ability to deliver and complete small projects.

Some or all of the following skills would be advantageous:

• A talent for spotting and resolving problems quickly and efficiently.

• Specific attention to detail across all areas of a venue.

• Experience at developing and building a strong team that can be nurtured and supported as they grow.

• A real leader with engaging personality that can build great relationships with staff and customers.

• Previous experience dealing with social media accounts and marketing-based sales campaigns.

• Personal License.
